Why do some bikers go for the Hitch Mount Bike Rack
as opposed to a tire mount bike rack, or a bike roof rack or the easy to install clip on bike racks?

- Some people recommend getting a locking hitch pin so you don’t need wrenches to attach and detach the hitch mount bike rack from receiver and to make it more secure.
- There is also the option of using straps to stabilize it to the roof rack for that extra bit of stability but it isn’t necessary.
